Yes and no. He's still technically on his current hiatus, but these two, and a soon to be third, were written out of kindness for myself and our mutual friend. He just gave me permission to post these publicly. Both of the two that are available as of now were written back in February and March respectively.

While I agree with that, it is a bit in his nature to do it at this point. Edward is very creative in the things that he writes. The majority of the time, when a wip has been seemingly abandoned, it's simply because he had another idea for another story while he was writing that one. The wip is put aside in favor or starting the new idea while still fresh, and by the time that story has neared its end, he's had another idea.
He doesn't stop working on his now older stories on purpose even if it may seem like it at this point. He may come back to them at some point, but I don't want to put words in his mouth and say anything definitive on that.

A new story is now uploaded and available for viewing. Shorter than the last, but no less enjoyable than it. Have fun. :)

That's partially my fault. Hyde's a good person, the boy's in each of those stories are meant to be a stand-in for myself, just as the girl's are for our mutual female friend. Though she's been in his stories before I came into the picture. But, from what I'm privy to, his next story won't feature a boy being eaten in it. Unless you count whatever bits of fat are on this stories main cutie. ;p

I enjoy the boy's. But also glad they are writing again.

Hyde wanted me to ask you all something. Seeing as the stories on Eka's Portal have a relatively small amount of views and barely any comments on them, and the thread he had me create here for them has, at time of writing this, a single comment across all five stories, is there any interest still left for his work? Do any of you look forward to the next story upload, or anything at all from him, or have anything to say regarding any of his stories?
Feedback and comments on his work are greatly appreciated by him, so with the seemingly lack of intrest, he wanted me to ask you all directly.

I noticed that shortly after I posted the first two stories. I messaged Eka herself, thinking it was either a bug or a technical issue on my part, and she said that things that have the mandatory Underage tag are automatically filtered out of the list. I was going to question why I can click on the tag itself and see several hundred results, but I thought it prudent not to argue with the site administrator.

Oh, I am very interested in more of his works, I just recently saw there were new ones. I thought he was completely left the guro fandom since he deleted everything.

And I have been really busy with work so I had not time to read the new stories but I definitly will, and give my comment when I do.

I'm not one to comment frequently but here are my two cents. I believe most of the problem is due to the indirect method of publishing. Since the author is not participating in the debate it discourages people from commenting, as every reply won't get to him directly, and we won't know his reaction directly. I, for one, want more stories from him, and will keep reading them as he posts, but if he wants interaction, he is going to need to 'break the ice', so to speak.

This is very strange situation when rather than speaking directly he is asking someone else to speak on his behalf. This behavior suggests that he does not want to interact with anyone in any way or hear any feedback. you even said it yourself that you asked him for permission to post his private stories here and as if he did not even want to write them.

Another thing is that leaving everyone like that and deleting all his content suggests that he probably dislikes it for some reason (maybe dislikes us as well if he decided to cut all communication) and it is totally unclear what to think about all that or how to react not to trigger another episode. So safe bet is just to stay silent. If he wants more response he has to explain what is going on.
