I didn't buy this series to translate it but when I found out, starting with the third chapter of the first volume, that is must be ground zero for a lot of guro fetishes (this was published between 1980 and 1982) I realized it had to be translated.

There is also a live-action film based on this manga, directed by Toshiharu Ikeda in 1980, but other than the most basic setting it has nothing in common with the source material. Even the character names are different.
