That sucks to hear, man...
You know, personally I've uploaded a lot of content from all sorts of publishers on Mediafire, and then I quickly just private it so no one can access it, and I can give specific people links with a PW to access it, or just open it for a day or two then private it again.

And I've never had any copyright issues or any notices about anything.
I even know another guy, we share a lot of stuff between us, and he has hundreds upon hundreds of videos in privated folders and accessibility that he linked to me specifically from his Mediafire profile.

So I think that's a pretty solid service. Might be a bit slow upload without premium account, but it's easy to use and understand and everyone can access it without having to buy any premium account mumbo jumbo.
