I think they nailed the look of Kaede (played by Soaco Roman) and An Koshi as Mai seems alright from the outfits and the acting but I can't help but think they should have dyed her hair. And as expected the trailer doesn't give us any clear idea if they kept the ... controversial third act atrocity for the movie. Since there's an additional character called Miyako (played by Miyako Akane) in the film it's clear they didn't exactly use the manga as the storyboard so we'll see.

Gotta say I am a bit disappointed by this trailer, . It does't nearly look as exciting as I imagined, but hey, still am curious as hell, maybe they will recreate some of the most famous bits of the manga.

Watched it yesterday and let's just say keep those expectations low. It's certainly no complete filmed version of the manga. And Mai doesn't get pregnant in this, let alone aww-righted.

Uziga is all over the making of documentary. He's an odd looking dude.

The DVD has the serial number MAI01 so maybe if they turn a profit they will make more episodes and we'll get to the infamous stuff.
