I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but I’ve been collecting all shintaro’s mangas in both EN and JAP.

There's a nice big rip of the Fantagraphics edition of the first half of Dementia 21 (look for it on Madokami).

I scanned Day of the Flying Head issues 1-4. Plus compiled from different sources Tract and Industrial War and Revolution. I'm to lazy to put them anywhere, but Tract and Industrial War and Revolution are on e-hentai and libgen has the scans I did of Day of the Flying Head.

Do you know the original work of these images, please? I found them somewhere, a long time ago, and I'm sure they must be by Shintaro Kago.

Unfortunately only 2 chapters (My Beloved Lady and Many Times of Joy and Suffering) have been translated. So as yet no one has scanlated it all or any Italian/French or Spanish publishers have done it "yet", since those countires seem most likly to publish them.
