    I just finished tidying up those 37k + pics, got rid of all the Jissou, gay guro, low quality pics, anything drawn with the ass, separated jap guro and western guro and renamed what's left, anyone want the link ? Ended up with 3419 pics in total (for the jap stuff).

    Since the old gurochan.ch was taken down, I've started to archive the entire website (apart from /s/, /f/, and /fur/) on my local machine.
    I've written a small python script to download both the images and threads locally; it generates simplified html files to save space.
    I might end up creating a thread and making the archive public when I get some free time, probably next summer year.

    No problem mate. The script is already almost a year old and in hindsight I should have saved all the information in a json file instead of directly formatting it in to a html page.
    Currently working on a scraping framework. I've already implemented a *chan scraper, now I only have to write a frontend to render the json to html.
