I have been trying to find a very specific image of a girl getting fucked by some sort of pile driver/drill sex machine only there is a monitor to the side indicating that the device has drilled too far and ruptured her womb, essentially killing her, though I don't think there is much blood if any. Anyone have this image because I can not for the life of me find it.
