It is of what I believe to be a Soul Calibur character after she's ben raped she is being stomped on her stomach while on the floor as she squirts it all out.. A very aesthetic image. I haven't been able to find it since and I regret not saving or bookmarking it. Sophitia or Cassandra i believe though the face in not visible unless I'm way off in what characters they might be.
