So im looking for any game that has anything about genital modification or near it, anything like:

genital shrinkage
genital detaching
genital destruction
genital transforming into animal or unusual genitalia
hormonal changes
genital removal such as castration or penectomy
and really any type of genital modification/mutilation game you can suggest is good.
