Years ago I saw a clip from a film and I've never been able to track it down, hopefully someone here will know.

Basically all I remember is a guy picks up a runaway/homeless woman, brings her home to his wife, at dinner they drug the woman then take turns raping her, then it turns out the woman can control some zombies (or something similar) and she has them come and kill the couple. Convinced they were all British as well.
