Does anyone have TTRPG rules (or even a whole system) built around gory/guro wounds & injuries, either pre-existing or your own personal hack? Bonus points for getting sex involved too. I've seen a bunch that get close but don't quite hit the mark.

If such a system does exist, ideally it's one that's good for solo play because I'm not engaging in my weird fetishes with friends
