Use the clonestamp tool in paint.net (a free art program) to paint over the head. Then draw blood or whatever on the neck stump if you like. Or, pay someone to do it. This is actually simple enough that I could do it myself, but I've done one of these requests already tonight and that's enough for when it's not my kink.
