I remember seeing this one last week or maybe the week before when browsing through the R-18G tag on pixiv. Sorry that I don't remember the artist's name but I remember checking their profile and virtually everything they had was SFW and non-guro so it would make sense why they would delete it. At least someone saved it beforehand and sorry for not really being able to help.
