生而無悔美野望
It seems Chinese rather than Japanese, although all of these Kanji are used in Japanese as well in some way or another. I would translate it as "Live but without regrets, beauty, or ambition" but there are no traditional words here that are used in Japanese except the last two kanji 野望 which means ambition. It's probably some Chinese proverb or something. I'm just basing my translation on the individual symbolic meanings of the Kanji.
