yes, there are few people into that stuff, but it is not f-list problem it is just that this is pretty uncommon. it is not it is banned or somehow repressed to be pushed somewhere else.
of course, most will refuse to play with snuff just like most will refuse pretty much any kind of specific fetish.

also, snuff itself is different, it can be serious, silly, consensual or forced. so it will be pretty hard to find someone who has the same tastes.
