No I can't read chinese and even if I could, writing down so much text woud be a big pain in the ass to do :)

to get text you just right click on the picture on chrome
choose "search image with google lens"
then choose to translate or just copy text

now translating any manga will be pretty easy task

Yes looks like deepL does better job although other times it was producing very horrible translations
