real trannies have gender dysphoria, a mental illness similar to autism and add, annoying but mostly harmless to others. fake trannies are often either people with agp, and/or are attention-starved loners that put way too much importance in the opinions of others. it's the retards and the gullible, not just the crazy. take a normal person with normal problems and no ability to adapt to them and place them in a community that tries to convince them that they will feel better if they were the other gender and you get a modern tranny. how you do the convincing is up to you, tbh, peer pressure is a strong enough motive for most, but the majority of them don't start out crazy. they often become crazy if they get stuck in that mindset, but they don't usually start out like that. that's my opinion at least.
