I would LOVE to have an anatomically correct guro sex toy. I actually just bought a TPE sex doll head with a realistic mouth and my partner and I are going to pretend it's a severed head.

It sadly won't have a neck stump I could fuck, and it's pretty expensive so modifying it is not really an option as I have no idea what I'm doing and would only just destroy it. :-/
