I think lolis are not the primary topic of gurochan, allthefallen.moe is way more specialized on that but it has not much besides lolis and politic being discussed people have next to no interest in anything else.

finding a place where people are not focused on lolis but also allow them to exist is probably only pixiv and here.
everywhere else it is either only lolis or no lolis
