The owner of these characters, and commissioner of the picture, goes by Karmandel on InkBunny (they still commission kinky art of them to this day so I don't think it's a problem to say this).
Unfortunately the artist of this particular pic seems to have left the whole furry scene (left IB 2-3 years ago purging their gallery).
