I'm trying to find an old story about a family (Mother, Father, young adult daughter in college, a pair of tween twins 1 boy 1 girl) that take an annual trip to a cabin to hunt deer. The oldest daughter is running late by a day or two and doesn't show up until the end of the story. The twin daughter has suddenly decided to become a vegetarian and volunteers/gets tricked into being hunted instead of a deer by her father and twin brother. The father and son successfully track and shoot her (after she got a head start). The girl is then butchered cooked and eaten by the rest of her family and her head is taxidermied.

I would very much like to reread this story if it can be found.
