I'm trying to find an old-school manga with a lot of guro content. It's non-h, mostly fighting, and it's EXTREMELY weird! The stuff I remember is that the main character was a small blonde with her hair in two buns, there was an arc where a character tried to kill President George W Bush, there was a bit about someone being immune to hypnotism because they wore contact lenses with swastikas in them... Wild stuff! I think it was translated by LWB, but I can't find it anywhere!
