It seems to be called The Desert Rose vol. 2, or Red Roses in the Desert, and created by Kisirian.

Unfortunately it is in Japanese and that is very difficult to translate for someone who does not speak Japanese. I can slowly attempt to replicate each character in Google translate and build up each speech bubble, but the translations are probably missing a lot of subtlety and cultural context, and sometimes it's not even clear which is the correct Japanese character.

Just having a typed translation by someone who actually knows Japanese would be amazing.

It would be amazing to write a story based on this manga, but for that we need to know what is actually happening and what people are talking about. Any insight at all into the story of this manga would be appreciated, even if they are just guesses. Sometimes a good guess can be even better than the truth.
