    Unfortunately, this image has been floating around since probably the second iteration of gurochan, but nobody knows the source - and there probably isn't more from the artist, otherwise it would have surfaced by now.

    As good as this is... this is like looking for the holy grail, a fruitless endeavor.

    As much as I hate to say it, I think it's likely that there isn't more of this. It's probably a one time off commission from an artist that doesn't do guro usually, or at least not one of the known ones, since the style is unlike any other known artist's.
