    exhentai (aka Sad Panda) contains materials that are excluded from the regular e-hentai site, such as lolli guro.

    To access it, you need to create an account on the regular e-hentai.org site and login to the forum there. Then after a while (maybe a week) you'll magically be able to access exhentai and have access to those additional galleries.
