Hi, I'm looking to build a collection of those cheesy old newspaper cartoons with a cannibalism theme - busty women in stew pots or being admired by hunters with spears, that sort of thing. There used to be a great page of them on Canntoon but it seems to be gone now :( I'd appreciate if anyone could share what they have here :)

Any idea where these came from? They strike me as more modern ones parodying the old style. I love them and can see why they're favourites of yours!

I can't remember really. I found them years ago and kept them.

Have you ever heard of Chief Taobe, the friendly cannibal from next door?
It was a german cartoon series at the beginning of this millennium.

The following link gets you to the slightly outdated website with most of the comic-strips:
    http://www.imho.de/archiv/taobe_archiv.html

If you browse deeper you'll find some more but also some 404s.

    Have fun!

It's so frustrating! I can get to the menu page but the individual images don't seem to have been archived! Tried searching by the thumbnails and that doesn't seem to work either :( Any tips gratefully accepted!
