Please, help me find manga!

I distinctly remember one very graphic and memorable scene from a murder case: A curvy/plump girl in a traditional yukata/kimono is walking down the street. She is suddenly pierced from behind with a sword. Her yukata falls off, leaving her naked. Then, she is sliced completely in half vertically (lengthwise). There is a detailed close-up shot of her face covered in tears right before or during this.
I also believe her ear gets cut off as well (possibly as a trophy for the killer).

This fragment has appeared regularly on this website. The manga itself is no later than the 2010s.
