Scenario: Alicia and her little 9 year old brother are trying to escape from a cult (who has murdered their parents). They end up getting caught and they're given the choice to let one or the other die. Alicia decides to sacrifice herself for the safety of her little brother so she gets stabbed by each of the cult's members in the stomach (Jon Snow style) until she finally dies, all while her brother watches the entire thing and is forever traumatized.
