Since this has been inactive for months

You either are in charge of watching over those trapped in SAO or are visiting someone when you hear loud zapping noises and find one Rika Shinizakis (In game known as Lizbeth the Blacksmith) brain being fried, it's too late to remove the helmet and save her (Doing so would of killed her anyway)
