>Setting: Trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, Alice has an IBS flare up in the middle of scrounging supplies in an abandoned mall with her brother and rushes to a rundown restroom where she's forced to take a loud and messy dump in a disgusting stall. Tasking her brother to find some toilet paper for her to wipe with and get some privacy to deal with her condition alone, she is suddenly attacked and fatally stabbed by another survivor who was hiding in another stall before running away. Alice slowly bleeds out and the life fading from her eyes while on the toilet, hoping her brother can live on without her.
