Basically a subject, male or female's excretion hole being managed/plugged and they can't do it by themselves unless someone else does it, machine or manual by key, anything goes. If there's a detail of what's going on inside them, they are recommended as we could see what's prevent those device being ejected by their own due to lack of 'anchor' inside them.

Doesn't have to be just bdsm related, even if they are free to walk but as long as these device is inside them preventing them from excrete by themselves are okay as well.
