If there isn't any sexual context, nudity alone isn't pornography. If it involves some form of sexual activity or masturbation, then it would be. Natural/normal bodily functions aren't a form of sexual activity.

So I don't think that would really even affect /s/. Though there might be a few pics here or there that might violate that, though nothing comes to memory. Trashing entire threads is excessive and unnecessary. Just remove any content that shows sexual activity where one party is clearly a minor (even that isn't always clear). Swap the offending picture with some generic removed.png image and you fall in compliance.
