Is it from a manga, or a doujin? I've gone through pretty much all of the Corpse Party manga just to find that scene and I can't find any positives: in fact, in the main manga (Blood Covered), which also happens to have the art style which is closest to the artstyle of the picture, the girl actually dies in an early chapter.
