Yeah you sign up, then download it (takes 2 secs) then it sets up a desktop icon, you click on that and it opens a folder, you put what you want to upload in that folder, then you can view your uploads on your account on the dropbox website, then you choose the option to share it and it gives you a link, only people with the link can access the upload, it's safe and anonymous.
