A series of short stories could be written in the vein of a harem fantasy about a vast estate where some pervert studies and cares for dozens of women affected by a curse that makes them uncontrollably poop and fart impossible amounts hourly. They all live there together and share living space, where every room by necessity has an open latrine that needs to be cleaned by magic to handle their output. Many scenarios are possible. E.g. scat contests, poop-shy girls trying to get privacy among the others and holding in mega-dumps, girls leaving giant piles outdoors while out hiking the woods near the estate, or just descriptions of daily routines of various women interrupted by their urgent needs for relief. You could introduce more fantastical elements as well, like experimental treatments, involving other related fetishes if desired.
