I've noticed a real vacuum of EFRO content in general. It seems it's just a rare fetish. Among the depraved pervert audience, there's a lot more enthusiasts of scat (smearing, shitfucking, eating, things that are more about the shit itself than the girl taking a shit) and/or of taboo voyeur and BDSM stuff than there are of girls just straight up relieving themselves. I myself am just as disgusted at shit smearing as a vanilla person, and I don't enjoy being "dominated" by a girl with her deliberately pooping on me or something. I only get off on the idea of sexy girls needing to poop and fart excessively, and preferably enjoying it. There's not a lot of angles to turn such a thing into sex/pornography though, and I think that's part of the reason it gets little attention for artists and perverts in general. There's almost no interactivity involved in just observing a girl go through bowel trouble. It becomes "sexier" in a traditional way when you work humiliation or objectification into the narrative. I know it would be great for those few of us who are extremely turned on by it to see some higher-effort porn, but I can see how we might easily be a tiny minority, which leaves us with little options.
