I guess because most games take place over a short period of time they can probably hold it. RE1 only lasted overnight and even 4 was two or 3 days. I don't think they ever specified how long Ashley was held captive.

The thought of Ada popping a squat in the woods or Rebecca making finding a toilet her first priority upon entering the mansion definitely interests me. Would love to see more of that.
