If there isn't the script it's a fake. The script is included in the original work and having the audio but not the text is useless unless you are a native Japanese speaker or way more than fluent at Japanese audio comprehension (some VAs have a very thick accent so it's even challenging to native speakers).

If he's claiming to be streaming, at best he's streaming the trial version.

Never pay or fall for that.
