Can anybody help me to refind an artwork posted on Shanachan ?

This picture was on 5th page of "female pants soiling" on Shanachan.org but since the closure of the website I can't take my hand on it.

There was one girl only, with a huuuuuge panty shit. the girl on the artwork have long brown hair and beautifull green eyes, she wear white clothes and a white panty (full of poop) and there is a golden medalion somewhere. There was also a "#3" on the corner left.

Can someone help me ?
