Well on the "I beseech you to give me advice part", to be honest just asking for general tips won't be enough if you really sought to improve. You need to ask yourself a couple of questions first like...Who's your inspiration?? what do you want your art to look like?? Which parts in the drawing process are you exactly uncomfortable about?? You can ask a question as vague as "how do I get better at drawing in general??" and you can expect an equally vague answer like "keep drawing, you're bound to get better at it". You'll want to know what EXACTLY you think needs serious improving and work; even if your answer is "all of it".
