The term "loli" can be used to describe many different things and is highly subjective.

The term doesn't have to refer to five-year-olds. It can also refer to a teen girl that is petite and flatchested such as Nico from Love Live!

Anyways iirc the OP states that a loli, in context to this thread, is "[2D girls that are] not womanly or appearing to be over the age of 18, hence loli or lolita." Which all the pictures in the thread depict.
