if you dudes are okay with putting up with a LOT of blood and gore, there's plenty of scat in the crossed comics. I know there's more but two I know off the top of my head are from badlands 44 and 30, pages 12 and 14, one in which a character has visibly shit her panties and the other where a character is forced to fuck a girl who has purposely shit herself to make it worse for him.
