Channon says she'll pass on the idea, and Spider does it in her stead, even though it's not very erotic, but you do have more to fuel your mental image on in a later issue. (Spider does it cause he doesn't like fake religions and cause he's just a lovably irreverent bastard in a broader sense.)

But here you go, Channon does reference birthday-cake-sized dump in a later issue (number also included).

I also believe there's an image where the main characters all appear in a two-page splash with Channon on the can but fuck you, I can't be bothered to look for it.
