If you follow Nezumin, they have a little old friend who they use to work in some of their circles. He's open to drawing scat for paid reasons via Skeb/PR.
He's also drawing Anal Jelly and Soul Onaholes too, which he's cool with.

If you find that pic he shared on Patreon, just don't repost it. He's a total wrathful prideful prick about it like any other doujin artist and let's one guy ruin it for everyone.

He's never going to draw scat for free so let some dudes with money deliver and negotiate on what he can publicize, it's the best way to handle things at the moment.
