That being said, this request reminded me of this incomplete story I found on chyoa.com (https://chyoa.com/chapter/Several.739784). This particular story does describes some of those celebrities you mentioned being put into a human centipede but idk if you'd be interested in reading it, especially since the "human centipede" bit really only happens at the very last chapter on a cliffhanger.
