As far as I can tell, this guy's name is アゲ麿 or maybe アゲ麻呂 (still a little iffy on the 3rd character), pronounced Agemaro, and they actually mostly do vomit rather than scat, but I can't find any profiles anywhere--nothing on Pixiv, no DeviantArt, and really nothing at all except one gallery on exhentai and a few more images on scat/emeto threads and boorus.

The spelling suggests that the name is not entirely Japanese in origin, but the kanji character is apparently the pronoun "you." Of course, it could be part of another word and pronounced entirely differently; it's hard to tell if this is one word or a compound.

In any case, if アゲ麿 ever had a profile, they've since deleted it. Maybe they got a job where it would be too likely someone would search and find their kinky art. The only other thing I've found is an archived 2ch log, but my Japanese is not good enough to figure out what is going on and most of the links in it are 404'd. The Ace Attorney-like part is only the first part of the game. After it, you do end up controlling characters. There are battles, but the game's problem is that the encounter rate is way too high. Luckily, the developer said he's working on a fix.
