I'll start (emeto): In the free-to-play browser game Fallen London, there's a card called <a href="https://fallenlondon.fandom.com/wiki/A_gathering_of_gourmets">A Gathering of Gourmets</a>, where one of the choices will make you sick to your stomach ('Plums and Custard'), while another (Sometimes You Just Can't Help Yourself) makes all the other diners throw up all over the room.
