Already a chubby-tummied loser, she's backed up with several pounds of toxic sludge, and her torturer has lashed her to a toilet with a sweaty sock in her mouth until she can work her several-kilo blockage out of her twisted pucker. Maybe the sock is full of shit, too, if you're into that.
