Not that anon, but https://e-hentai.org/s/81582d44c1/542012-36 appears to be the CG in question. From the gallery, it appears there was only a single scene, though. I found a playthrough of what appears to be a remake for the PC98 or Windows at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjotvIcBrLDnGdfhAC57fnn1dsqbc8qqO, but the scene doesn't seem to be there. Either I missed it, the player skipped it, or it was removed from that version.

Found the updated version, seems the YouTube player skipped it. There was one other toilet scene but it appeared to be a sex scene or exhibitionist scene of some kind rather than toilet scene.

Many H-games in the past were interesting with good ideas. Divi Dead was one of my favourite even if i didn't understand everything; not great for fap.
