mad respect to you for using references rather than just copying the typical anime art style. medical gore is a great place to start, but in my experience you get a lot more from the image boards of shock sites! a lot of them have been shut down, but theync consistently posts high quality photosets with different kinds of injuries in a variety of lighting. color picking directly from pictures is a great way to familiarize yourself with what the body looks like until youre confident in your ability to choose a color scheme.

but mostly comfort drawing gore is going to come from practice! using real gore as a reference is going to give you a big advantage, but its still a learning curve. this might be presumptuous but if you have any examples of your art id be happy to give you some feedback! good luck!

I don't think that using realistic gore as reference will work well in this situation. drawing needs some level of stylization and it does not need to be realistic.
You should be able to find some drawing tutorials on pixiv or just use drawings of other artist as reference or maybe anatomy book pictures should be good too.
But either way it will be interesting to see results of your work

i have to respecfully disagree- stylization follows study! using real graphic gore isnt necessary, but if youre looking for a level of realism that warrants looking at medical gore i think its worth taking the extra step. itll take a while to refine that knowledge into the sexy anime art style thats popular on these boards, but when you get there youll have an understanding of your subject that gives you confidence and your drawings depth.

tutorials and studying guro you like are, of course, great ideas. but i find its very helpful to study the real thing!! attached a sketch so hopefully give myself some credibility. best of luck!!!

Pt.2 - Stepping Out

After I had vented all my anger in violence, I was filled with bloodthirst, the 4 female human corpses around emanating intense iron smell, it felt refreshing. I then kicked down the bulletproof glass door, followed by another thick steel door. It was so light in my feet, the power surging through me was unreal.

I walked into the main hallway, a squad of female armored troopers ran into my view and started firing their rifles. Hail of bullets didn't do anything to me, it was just nudges on my scales.

I jumped into the closest female soldier in front before I ripped one of her arms out and skewered her chest with her very own arm, she coughed blood and dropped like a rock.

I turned back and flung my fangs at the next soldier on the left in her chest. Her composite chest armor plate shattered, the fangs dug through her chest, abs and navel down to her spine. A pair of huge silicone implants fell out of her huge breasts while her whole digestive system also plopped out, then lastly her womb came out and flung off to the cold hard floor. I focused on her uterus for a moment, and there were tiny 2-month- old fetuses inside. I realized how cruel this armed force is, they sent pregnant women out on the frontline, she had just started reproduction, and there it was all over the cold hard metal floor, out of maternal protection.

Turning toward another female trooper changing her magazine. I jumped into a flying kick intended to just knock her down, the monstrous enormous force that my feet carried just sunk through the armor into her strong muscular abs, sending all the energy into her torso so quick that her armor and lower torso exploded like a bursted balloon. Blood splattered into her squad-mate, her guts, liver, kidney and her uterus exploded out in a gory shower, her uterus hit the wall hard and broke like an egg, its rupturing sent thick semen painted to the wall. She must have just had some huge internal cumshot from some men right before the alarm sounded, my extreme see-through vision saw her eggs getting fertilized right after it left the ovum, sadly that this new life won’t be surviving to life.

Pt.3 - Mecha Fight

The blaring alarm kept echoing through the hallway while I traversed through, in hope of finding a way out or even better, more pregnant human females. It had been a while that I hadn't encountered anyone. While I was puzzled, a large steel partition slid down from the ceiling, blocked off the long hallway. I turned around to find another partition closing, boxed me from continuing.

“Now!!!” Female voice shouted.

Emerging from vents of the high hallway ceiling down the ropes are female troopers in heavy armors, they looked better armored and armed than the previous squad I wiped out. One of them fired a rocket down at my shoulder while she was rappelling down. The rocket knocked me to the floor, it left a very small crack on my thick shoulder scales, it didn’t do any more damage than that. While I tried to stand up, the troopers managed to pin me face down on the floor with 4 lines of nanocomposite cables that shot out of their special tools, they quickly anchored me to the ground tight.

“Ha! This is it!?” One of them said and proceeded to hit me in the neck with her rifle’s buttstock. I didn’t feel a thing and stayed still. “Shi..” She was embarrassed that it didn’t inflict any pain on me. Her squad-mates were giggling and held back laughter at her unsuccessful bullying.

The partition that closed down in front of me slowly went back into the ceiling revealing a 2.5 meter tall humanoid robot walking into my view. The robot's torso was a rectangular metal cage with a clear glass cockpit, it had canons and miniguns on its arms, the legs and feet were huge, it stopped a few meters from me and kneeled down. The cockpit opened up, while a female form in tight black bodysuit covered with white un-buttoned long-sleeved jacket. The jacket was full of decorations of various medals and bars presumably obtained from her long mechanized robot career. It was until she walked up to me that I noticed her gigantic belly suspended in a perfect sphere in her tight matte bodysuit.

They are solid trad drawings. You're very good at coloring. How long have you been drawing for? Do you only draw boys? Do you take requests?

Boys look cute But it woud be interesting to have some more info about those pictures or your preferences.
